After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not guarantee availability. In the event an item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Items must be returned unopened or with less than 25% used. Opened consumable products may be returned if there is a defect. For other returns, a prepaid label may be deducted from your refund.
